Ingredients
10 slices bacon
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
Dove Chocolate Discoveries™ Spicy Cocoa Rub
Directions
Wrap half a slice of bacon around each cube of chicken; secure with a toothpick. Sprinkle with Dove Chocolate Discoveries™ Spicy Cocoa Rub over each chicken bite. Bake at 375° on foil-lined baking sheet for 20-25 minutes or until bacon is cooked. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot. Makes 4-5 servings.

Chili Ala Chocolate
INGREDIENTS
2 pounds ground beef
3
tablespoons olive oil
2 onions,
chopped
2 cloves of
garlic, chopped
2 green pepper, chopped
2 14 oz cans
diced tomatoes
4 teaspoons
ground cumin
½ teaspoon
ground pepper
2 teaspoons
oregano
3 teaspoons
salt
2 14 oz cans
kidney beans, drained
2 oz DOVE
CHOCOLATE DISCOVERIES™ Dark Chocolate
PREPARATION
1. Brown the ground beef. Saute the onion,
garlic, and green pepper in olive oil.
2. Stir in tomatoes and spices. Cook for 15-30
minutes.
3. Add more spices as desired.
4. Add
beans and cook until heated.
5. Add chocolate, mix well when melted.
