Sweet N Spicy Bacon-wrapped Cocktail Sausages



Ingredients
12 oz. package of thin sliced bacon
1 package of cocktail sausages
DOVE CHOCOLATE DISCOVERIES™ Sweet and Spicy Cocoa Rub!!!

Preparation
Take a 12 oz. package of thin sliced bacon and one package of cocktail sausages. Cut the bacon strips into thirds. Sprinkle the slices of bacon with Dove Chocolate Discoveries Sweet and Spicy Cocoa Rub. Wrap a bacon strip around the cocktail sausage and secure with a toothpick. Place on a foil lined jelly roll pan or stoneware bar pan. After you have all the sausages ready, sprinkle with some brown sugar. Bake at 325 F for 40-45 min. until bacon is cooked and will be crisp. Serve warm. Might even be good dipped in the DOVE CHOCOLATE DISCOVERIES™ Sweet-n-Smoky BBQ Sauce

Chilled Mocha Chip



INGREDIENTS
½ cup whole milk
2 shots espresso - or ½ cup very strong coffee
1 cup ice cubes
½ cup whipped topping - plus more for garnish

PREPARATION
1.       In an electric blender, pour in whole milk, espresso, Java Chip Smoothie Mix, ice cubes and whipped topping, in that order.
2.       Blend for approximately 30 to 60 seconds until mixed thoroughly.
3.       Serve with a dollop of whipped topping.

Chocolate Raspberry Winter Salad


Ingredients 
1 bag of greens
¼ cup blue, feta or goat cheese
2-3 tablespoons dried cranberries, apricots or raisins
¼ cup of walnuts
¼ cup DOVE CHOCOLATE DISCOVERIES™ White Chocolate Raspberry Vinaigrette

Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the greens with the cheese, dried fruit and walnuts. Slowly pour in the vinaigrette, and toss lightly.
