Chocolate Soup

Ingredients

¾ cup heavy cream
¾ cup whole milk
7½ Tbs DOVE CHOCOLATE DISCOVERIES™ Dark Sipping Chocolate

Preparation

1.              Pour the heavy cream and milk into a heavy-bottomed medium saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat.

2.              Sprinkle in the Dark Sipping Chocolate, and whisk vigorously until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth in texture.

3.              Remove from heat, and cover to keep warm.
