Chocolate Fondue



Ingredients
1 tablespoon of canola oil
4 2-ounce bars of DOVE CHOCOLATE DISCOVERIES™ Chef-Series Dark Chocolate
Dippables such as strawberries, bananas or pound cake

Preparation
Add canola oil to four 2-ounce bars of our  Chef-Series Dark Chocolate  in a medium bowl. Warm at 20-second intervals in the microwave until melted (stir between intervals). Transfer to our classic fondue pot.  Prepare strawberries (rinse and dry well), bananas or other fruit of your choice. Slice fruit into bite-size pieces and dip away!

Tip: Warm the fondue pot in the microwave for 20 seconds before adding the melted chocolate to keep it fluid longer.
