Hot Cocoa Mocha
Ingredients
1 cup milk
1/4 cup cream or half-and-half
1 packet DCD Java Chip Smoothie Mix
2 dollops whipped cream, for garnish
2 pinches DCD Cinnamon Dusting Powder, for garnish
Preparation
1. In a small saucepan, heat milk and cream until warm (not boiling).
2. Add Java Chip Smoothie Mix and whisk until smooth.
3. Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with whipped cream and Cinnamon Dusting Powder.

Chocolate Fondue
Ingredients
1 tablespoon of canola oil
4 2-ounce bars of DOVE CHOCOLATE DISCOVERIES™ Chef-Series Dark Chocolate
Dippables such as strawberries, bananas or pound cake
Preparation
Add canola oil to four 2-ounce bars of our
Chef-Series Dark Chocolate in a medium bowl. Warm at 20-second intervals in the
microwave until melted (stir between intervals). Transfer to our classic fondue pot. Prepare strawberries (rinse and dry well), bananas or
other fruit of your choice. Slice fruit into bite-size pieces and dip away!
Tip: Warm the fondue pot in the microwave for 20
seconds before adding the melted chocolate to keep it fluid longer.

Chocolate Soup
Ingredients
¾ cup heavy cream
¾ cup whole milk
7½ Tbs DOVE CHOCOLATE DISCOVERIES™ Dark Sipping Chocolate
Preparation
¾ cup whole milk
7½ Tbs DOVE CHOCOLATE DISCOVERIES™ Dark Sipping Chocolate
1.
Pour the heavy cream and milk into a
heavy-bottomed medium saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
2.
Sprinkle in the Dark Sipping Chocolate, and
whisk vigorously until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is
smooth in texture.
3.
Remove from heat, and cover to keep warm.

Fix: Tropical Brownies
INGREDIENTS
1 box DOVE CHOCOLATE DISCOVERIES™
Truffle Fudge Brownie Mix, prepared
2 DCD Chef-Series White Chocolate bars (4 oz.)
¼ cup heavy whipping cream
DCD Professional Scraper
½ cup sweetened flaked coconut, toasted
36 dried banana chips, for garnish (optional)
DCD Chef-Series Dark Chocolate, for banana chips
PREPARATION
1. Prepare Truffle Fudge Brownies according to package directions; cool completely.
2. Chop White Chocolate into ¼" pieces using Professional Scraper. Place chocolate and cream in 1-quart microwavesafe bowl. Melt chocolate in microwave on HIGH at 20-second intervals, stirring in between each until smooth. Allow ganache mixture to cool until slightly thickened, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Reserve ¼ cup of the toasted coconut. Fold remaining coconut into ganache and spread over brownies. Sprinkle reserved coconut on top. Cut brownies into 9 squares, then diagonally into 18 triangles.
4. If desired, garnish each triangle with 2 dried banana chips dipped in melted Dark Chocolate.
Makes 8 regular or 16 sample servings.

Sweet N Spicy Bacon-wrapped Cocktail Sausages
Ingredients
12 oz. package of thin sliced bacon
1 package of cocktail sausages
Preparation
Take a 12 oz. package of thin sliced bacon and one package of cocktail sausages. Cut the bacon strips into thirds. Sprinkle the slices of bacon with Dove Chocolate Discoveries Sweet and Spicy Cocoa Rub. Wrap a bacon strip around the cocktail sausage and secure with a toothpick. Place on a foil lined jelly roll pan or stoneware bar pan. After you have all the sausages ready, sprinkle with some brown sugar. Bake at 325 F for 40-45 min. until bacon is cooked and will be crisp. Serve warm. Might even be good dipped in the DOVE CHOCOLATE DISCOVERIES™ Sweet-n-Smoky BBQ Sauce

Chilled Mocha Chip
INGREDIENTS
½ cup whole milk
2 shots espresso - or ½ cup very
strong coffee
1 cup ice cubes
½ cup whipped topping - plus
more for garnish
PREPARATION
1.
In an electric blender, pour in whole milk,
espresso, Java Chip Smoothie Mix, ice cubes and whipped topping, in that order.
2.
Blend for approximately 30 to 60 seconds until
mixed thoroughly.
3.
Serve with a dollop of whipped topping.

White Chocolate Martinis
Ingredients
1 cup sugar
2 cups water
1/2 cup half-and-half
2 bars DCD Chef-Series White Chocolate (4 oz.), chopped
2 oz. vodka, regular or vanilla-flavored
DCD Raspberry Dessert Sauce

Dove Chocolate Discoveries Cocktail Shaker
Preparing the Simple Syrup
1. In a saucepan, bring the sugar and water to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly until sugar is completely dissolved.
2. Remove from heat and cool in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Preparing the Martini
3. Pour half-and-half and White Chocolate into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat mixture in microwave at 20-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until chocolate is melted and smooth. Cool in the refrigerator until ready to use.
4. Pour vodka, 2 oz. simple syrup and white chocolate mixture into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake.
5. Drizzle the inside of the glasses with DCD Raspberry Dessert Sauce. Pour drink into 2 martini glasses and serve.

Bake at 375° on foil-lined baking sheet for 20-25 minutes or until bacon is cooked. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot. Makes 4-5 servings.

1. Brown the ground beef. Saute the onion,

minutes.
